Wood-Fired Pizza for Every Occasion

From festivals to fundraisers and personal parties, The Wild Garlic Wood-Fired Pizza creates unique and delicious experiences for all types of events in the Bryan College Station area and across Texas. Our artisan pizzas are made by Chef Tanner on-site in our portable wood-fired oven using locally-sourced ingredients. We offer two types of packages for events, all of which can be customized to the size and needs of your event.

Pizza Buffet Line $22 per person

Chef Tanner and his culinary team will set up the wood-fired pizza oven and a self-service buffet line for your guests. The pizzas cooked are larger then the pizzas on the pizza bar package, that way everyone can try them all. This package includes 3 chef inspired pizzas hand picked by you and your choice of one small bite or salad. View our Catering Menu Here.

*Small bites, salads, and/ or desserts can be added to any package for an additional fee.

Personal Pizza Bar $25 per person

Great for small to mid-size parties, the personal pizza bar allows guests to order their own customized 10-inch pizza. Chef Tanner and his team will fire up the wood- fired pizza oven, and guest will order from a pizza crated by you ahead of time. You will get to create your guests’ menu by picking up to 4 pizzas from our chef inspired menu. You may also let Chef Tanner and his team pick them for you if you wish! This package also includes your choice if one small bite or salad.
